Tuna Melt

Albecore tuna, cilantro, pickles, avocado, red onion, and mayonaise on toasted ciabatta bread with american cheese.

Served with your choice of potato chips or side of french fries

Product Spotlight: Fisherman’s Wharf

The inspiration for this pie came on a visit to San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf and a bowl of cioppino.

 Of course, this begged the question what would this taste like on a pizza?  

While, not a true homage to the beloved Italian Fish Stew, it’s a comfortable cousin with many bold flavors.
