Product Spotlight: Fisherman’s Wharf

The inspiration for this pie came on a visit to San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf and a bowl of cioppino.

 Of course, this begged the question what would this taste like on a pizza?  

While, not a true homage to the beloved Italian Fish Stew, it’s a comfortable cousin with many bold flavors.

Product Spotlight: Primal Rage

We were gathered around the table before we opened 6 years ago and began discussing types of specialty pizzas.  We asked the question, “What would be a caveman’s favorite pizza?”  Well, the name is a nod to a classic Atari game that featured battling dinosaurs, but the pizza is one of the most popular(and most mispronounced) on the menu.  It is guaranteed to satisfy the healthiest of appetites!

Mona Lisa

Named after one of Leonardo DaVinci’s most famous paintings, this pizza lives up to its name; it is a masterpiece as well. Our signature crust is topped with the best pizza sauce ever. Fresh garlic and organic spinach cover the bottom before a generous portion of Mozzarella cheese is added. The Mozzarella is topped with sliced mushrooms and ripe roma tomatoes. This vegetarian pie is fresh and delicious; pretty as a painting too!

Italian Meat

The Italian Meat is one of our signature gourmet pizzas. This pizza is perfect for meat lovers, especially because it is not your typical meat pizza. DaVinci’s signature crust and pizza sauce start off the pie. Next goes our thin sliced pepperoni that covers the bottom. Gourmet Salami, Prosciutto (Italian cured ham), and Pancetta (Italian cured bacon) are added with a generous helping of Italian sausage. In our usual fashion, the whole pie is given a hearty covering of cheese and baked to perfection. The perfect combination of meats makes this pie a carnivore’s dream!

The J.B.’s firebird is a favorite original creation!  Our own homemade spicy buffalo sauce is the base for this mouthwatering pizza.  The sauce is tangy, and perfectly spiced.  Next we add on fresh chicken that has been cooked in our own season mix.  Lastly, we pile on the Mozzarella cheese to finish this masterpiece.  This pie comes with your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing to cool off your happy taste buds!
