- Is this the only location? No. Smyrna was our ONLY choice of where to begin, but we have now expanded into the Midtown area of Atlanta. We felt that the community was looking for a gourmet, healthy pizzeria. So, spread the word, and maybe your hometown will be next.
- Are franchises available? No. At this time, we are focusing our efforts on improving the nutritional content of our pizzas, establishing our operational systems and policies, and solidifying our branding and imaging. Afterwards, who knows, but until then, no. But we really, really, really, appreciate and are flattered by the question.
- What makes your pizza taste so good? We use only the freshest quality produce and meats in ALL of our food choices. We try to stay with the philosophy that fresh taste best. Honestly, we do things the old fashioned way. It’s a heck of a lot more work, but in the end, isn’t that what serving food is all about.
- Is your dough frozen? No way. Our dough is made fresh daily, and then aged in a controlled environment. We allow nature (and our buddy, yeast) the proper time to get things right. Yes, again, it’s more work and takes up more operational time and space, but man, it’s good!!!
- What is the difference in your cheese? We use whole milk mozzarella that we grate off the block at the restaurant. By grating it off the block, it allows us to use cheese in its purest form. Our cheese does not contain any additives or anticoagulants. It isn’t as easy as opening a bag, but it sure does taste better, and its better for you.
- Do you do fundraisers? Absolutely. We have initiatives with some of the schools in the community, and are always willing to discuss ways of helping your school, church, or organization ways to make some money. - Do you offer catering? Yes. We have a full catering menu available on line. Our catering menu has items we do not offer normally on our menu and features a wider spectrum of sandwiches and pastas. If there is anything you want to offer your group that you don’t see, please ask for Jason or Bobby and they can most likely accommodate your need.
- What are the advantages of working at DaVincis? We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling. Also, we fully train our staff in a fun, relaxed environment. Not to mention, the food is great, and it’s hard not to feel great being somewhere great (and if you do, this probably ain’t the place for ya!!).
- Where do I make a compliment/or complaint? Always, please call the store and speak to the person in charge. We want all of your feedback, good and bad. If there is ever an issue that you feel has not met your expectation, please ask to speak to Jason Black. He is one of the owners and he wants to make it right.
